For the past 10 years, the Foundation has distributed an average of $100,000 each year to local organizations for a total of just over $1Million. With this money, thousands of Fountain Hills area residents, from young to young at heart, have enjoyed a better quality of life.
Fountain Hills is a place where neighbors still help neighbors.
The Foundation’s 2007 goal is to raise and distribute $125,000 ($100,000 for disbursement to current, local non-profit organizations and $25,000 as Founding Sponsor to Junior Achievement to establish them in the community).
There are children, adults, mothers, fathers and seniors depending upon the Fountain Hills Community Foundation.

All organizations that receive funding must be a 501(C)(3) organization, show a need and complete a grant application. Each application is reviewed by a committee made up of Foundation members and members from the community.
By making your contribution to the Fountain Hills Community Foundation Endowment Fund, your gift will enrich the life experiences of future generations in your hometown community.
Donors may annually select the charities that will benefit from their gifts. Endowment funds will be invested and managed by the Arizona Community Foundation which manages nearly $1 Billion in assets. Income from the Endowment Fund is directed only to charities in the Fountain Hills area.
