Dear Fountain Hills Community Foundation Grant Recipient:
As you are aware, the Fountain Hills Community Foundation is a non-profit all volunteer organization dedicated to supporting local educational, cultural and humanitarian organizations that need funding to help them survive and grow.
As a past recipient of a Community Foundation grant, we again invite your organization to apply for a funding assistance in this new grant cycle. Please find enclosed the following materials:
Affiliate Charity Memorandum of Understanding (new applicants only)
Please submit 7 copies of the completed Grant Application, a signed Memorandum of Understanding (new applicants only) and all other supporting materials by no later than March 15, 2010 to FHCF Grant Committee, P.O. BOX 18668, Fountain Hills, AZ 85269.
As in the past, the fund allocation process will be steered by the Foundation’s Grant Committee. Final decisions regarding grant awards will be made by the FHCF Board of Directors based on the recommendations of the Grant Committee. Successful applicants will be notified by mid April.
