Dear  Fountain Hills Community Foundation Grant Applicant:

As you are aware, the  Fountain Hills Community Foundation (formerly Sunridge Foundation) is a non-profit all volunteer organization dedicated to supporting local educational, cultural and humanitarian organizations that need funding to help them survive and grow.

Despite our existing commitments and fundraising challenges, the Foundation invites your organization to apply for a grant for 2008. Please complete the forms below:

Please submit 7 copies of the completed Grant Application, signed Memorandum of Understanding (new applicants only) and all other supporting materials by no later than March 25, 2008 to FHCS Grant Committee c/o Vladimir Hulpach, 15427 Firerock Country Club Dr., Fountain Hills, AZ 85268.

As usual, the fund allocation process will be steered by the annual Grant Committee. Final decision about 2008 grant awards will be made by the FHCF Board of Directors. Successful applicants will be notified by mid April.
